Hi Neighbors and realtors!

I just updated the contact info for the 2017 HOA board here.

We have gone another direction with communications and utilize a private Facebook page now rather than this blog. If you live in the Lake Camelot Estates - Plymouth you can search for us on Facebook and ask to join the group and I will add you to the conversation.

Q. How do I get a LCE directory or make changes to it?
A. Contact the HOA secretary at LCESecretary@yahoo.com.

Q. What are the yearly association dues and what does that money cover?
A. 2017 association dues are $235 per household. This money covers the maintanance and improvements of all common areas. This includes parks and paths upkeep, mowing and trimming, tree care, pest control, etc. It also covers the cost of yearly liability insurance.

Q. Where can I get a copy of the covenants?
A. An electronic copy of the covenants is available, simply request one from the HOA secretary at LCESecretary@yahoo.com.
