Updates

Hi Neighbors and realtors!

I just updated the contact info for the 2017 HOA board here.

We have gone another direction with communications and utilize a private Facebook page now rather than this blog.  If you live in the Lake Camelot Estates - Plymouth you can search for us on Facebook and ask to join the group and I will add you to the conversation.

Most Significant Covenants/Reminders:

1. Driveways must be concrete or cement pavers. Asphalt is not acceptable.
 
2. Boats, trailers, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked outside a house for more than 24 hours. 
 
3. Article VII - 7.1 No dwelling, garage, or other structure shall be placed, erected or maintained upon any lot, until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape height, color, material, and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee. Contact the HOA board.

4. No structures other than one single-family home are allowed to be built detached from the home (i.e. shed)
